I have over 25 years experience of managing, supervising and coaching professionals, groups, teams and organisations. Clients come from the health care and helping professions, teaching and further education management teams, professional bodies, charities and the public sector. You could be one of them and that could make a real difference.

I am a qualified post graduate supervisor and coach and registered with the European Association for Supervision and coaching. I abide by their professional code of ethics and practice.
