Introductory Offer:

Are you a project or team manager or responsible for staff in the Wessex area?

Sea Change offers you an initial one to one consultation free of charge.

As a mutually beneficial exchange, Sea Change would like to offer this introductory one hour supervision session to you in relation to any or all of seven key areas of managing project and team life. You may wish to focus on any or all of these areas (see below) or indeed bring another area of concern to the session.
A short report will then be prepared for you, highlighting issues that have arisen during the consultation and suggesting ways ahead if you want to continue.
This session and review will in turn assist Sea Change in understanding the particular challenges facing projects and teams working in the Dorset area.
The cost to you is one hour of your time. The benefits could be to work with greater ease and efficiency thereby saving many more hours. Sea Change supervision is designed as a minimal input for maximum benefit.

Sea Change offers intensive one day and two day residential group and team supervisions on Portland as well as work based consultancy.
