The biophillia effect refers to the well being we experience when in wild, natural environments. When we are both close to nature and in touch with our own natural responses we tend to be healthier, happier and more productive.
On a Creative nature Retreat you are encouraged in your natural and creative responses to this wild and worked land and seascape. This in turn helps with responding freely and creatively to your life and work.
From one to three days, and tailor made to your needs, a Creative Nature Retreat can help to restore vision, values and purpose, ease transitions and provide an enlightening and healing reflective space.

Professional and Life coaching and re-creative supervision sessions with Sheila.
