Clinical Supervision:

Supervision is for professional therapists and counsellors, health professionals and those in the helping professions

Sea Change takes a mindful approach to coaching, mentoring and supervision.
Supervision then becomes a quality of looking, with acceptance, at clients, self, relationship and context. From here, right action emerges.

Supervision is a working relationship. For supervision to take place we each contribute to looking after this working alliance.

How does supervision work?

In listening, observing and offering feedback, sometimes guidance, you are supported to reflect on your work. In offering a space to just be, away from the requirement to react and respond, we may find refreshment, renewal and renewed vitality.
Supervision can be a play space as well as a work place. The work is in confidence.

Getting the best from supervision

We each contribute to this by:

Commitment to ongoing supervision. This means regular enough sessions to maintain working relationship. It also means that I receive supervision for my work as a supervisor.

Preparation for sessions

Taking time to review the supervision process together.
